The role of the Millwork Shop Manager is to appropriately manage shop Staff and provide general oversight.

  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Organized and able to maintain budget requirements and schedules for multiple projects
  • A valid driver's license
