Many of our clients are at a significant moment in their lives — planning a retreat from the city, creating a gathering place for family, or finally bringing a long-held vision to life.

Ducon creates distinctive residential projects in Prince Edward County, the Quinte region, and Northumberland County — directly with clients as design-build partners or in collaboration with architects and engineers. Every project we build starts from a foundation of trust and a focus on clear communication, transparent budgeting, and meticulous craftsmanship.
