Skilled Labourer

The role of a Tradesman is to provide skilled labour as an assistant to Carpenters and Lead Carpenters on an assigned project.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience within the construction trade
  • Safety certifications, valid and up-to-date, including: Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform and WHMIS (may be trained upon hire as needed)
  • Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations 
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods and tools
  • Ability to work with tools safety and efficiently
  • Strong skills in mathematics
  • Team player
  • Effective communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Proficient in time management
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of personal integrity
