Ducon Contractors Ltd. was retained for the complete construction and turnkey delivery of the Timber Ridge Golf Course Clubhouse. Collaborating closely with the owners throughout the planning and execution phases, Ducon managed all aspects of the project, including the fabrication and installation of high-quality architectural millwork crafted in our custom shop. The finished facility spans multiple functional spaces tailored to elevate the guest experience, featuring a fully equipped pro shop, a full-service restaurant, an expansive banquet area for private events, washroom facilities, and dedicated administrative offices.
